PRESIDENT'S MESSAGE

Hello ADO Friends:

It is hard to believe that we are more than halfway through the summer. Time flies by when the weather is nice! We are excited for the upcoming ADO year. The lunch program kicks off on September 12th with the topic Social Media Marketing. It promises to be informative and will certainly give you more tools for your tool belts!

Please make sure you complete our program surveys and provide feedback.

ADO is always looking to increase our membership. If you or someone you know wants to develop or improve your fundraising skills and make a positive impact on your organization ADO is the place! I promise you that you will learn something new at every meeting and you will have fun doing so.

I can’t wait to see you on September 12th and I thank you for all that you do each and every day.

Enjoy the rest of your summer!!

Adam Kintish

ADO President

BOARD CHANGES

ADO is thrilled to welcome two new board members, Marissa Madonia and Monica Spears. Marissa currently serves as the Development Director with Westchester Parks Foundation, where she oversees the organization’s major gifts and annual giving programs. Monica has served as the Development Manager for Girl Scouts Heart of the Hudson for the last nine years, and as President of a Scholarship Ministry for Grace Baptist Church in Mount Vernon, NY for the last four years. Both Marissa and Monica bring tremendous professional fundraising expertise and passion for the mission of ADO.

Two other board members, Ellen Bloom and Lisa Dashman, have rotated off the board this summer. We thank them both for their many years of service to ADO and for helping to build this vibrant and supportive community.
