Volunteers are what ADO is all about!  ADO members come from all facets of the philanthropic world and are certainly involved with and as volunteers in their professional and personal lives.  ADO is a  501 (c) (3) organization that operates completely with volunteers—there are no paid positions at ADO, but there are many fulfilling board positions and committees that will welcome you as a volunteer.

Whether you’re an expert in a particular area or would like to learn and get involved with something different, ADO has something for everyone!
