To find out even more info about a county or town, check out this site which includes information on their equalization rates, taxes, and names of officials: www.orps.state.ny.us/MuniPro. What about finding what a home has sold for on a particular street? Both Yahoo and Domania provide search capabilities for calculating home values: http://realestate.yahoo.com/realestate/homevalues and www.domania.com.
